Warranty

Variables differ in every application. JSH Industries recommends that each application be tested prior to use to insure the lubrication's applicability. There is no representation or condition of any kind expressed or implied except that the seller warrants replacing the product described above to the extent that said product is defective. Replacement shall be the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy. In no event shall the claim exceed the purchase price per unit. All claims for alleged defective products shall the seller be liable for damages, breach of contract relating to quality of, or performance of the product described herein under any theory of law including, without limitation, contract negligence, strict liability, or misrepresentation.
