Bearings Filled with H2000 and T2000
A Problem Solver

How H2000 and T2000:

H2000 and T2000 are ultra-high polyethylenes combined with the highest quality synthetic oils. When thermally cured during manufacturing, the mixture turns into an oily, porous, sponge-like solid. This oily, porous, sponge-like solid fills the bearing cavity 100%, while allowing free rotation of all the rolling elements, protecting the bearing from all contaminants.

When the bearing is in motion and with the slightest contact, the oily, porous, sponge-like solid releases just enough oil to the rolling elements. This also protects the rolling elements with a thin layer of oil. After the bearing comes to rest, most of the excess oil is absorbed back into the solid awaiting to be released again when needed. In addition, unlike grease, the solid resists washout from high-pressure cleaning and most chemicals used in sanitation of machinery.
