H2000 and T2000 Technical Data
Types of bearings suitable for H2000 and T2000
Cylindrical roller, Spherical roller, Tapered roller, Needle, Cam Followers, Thrust and all ball bearings.
Needle and cylindrical rollers need to include their inner and outer races.
Tapered bearings need their cups included.
Bearings with plastic cages are not recommended for high speed applications. Please contact JSH with questions on specific applications with plastic cages.
Using H2000 and T2000 saves you money when it comes to seals and shields. Since H2OO0 and T2000 is a solid lubricant in itself, seals and shields in most applications are not necessary but can be used to help keep dirt out. Seals can be replaced if requested; however, shields can not.
Maximum Operational Temperatures for H2000
The limits for bearings lubricated with H2OOO with the temperatures being measured on the outer diameter are:
Maximum Continuous 82ºC ( 180ºF )
Maximum Interim Heat. 93ºC ( 200ºF )Maximum Operational Temperatures for T2000
Maximum Continuous over 93ºC (200ºF)
JSH Industries is seeing a wide range of temperatures with T2000 from 200ºF continuous up to as high as 600ºF. We recommend trial samples before beginning production orders.Load Rating
The load ratings are the same as for standard bearings when lubricated with H2000 and T2000.
Allowable Maximum Speeds are listed in Ndm Values for H2000 and T2000
The values listed below are for normal operating ambient temperatures. As the ambient temperatures increase, the operating speed may have to be decreased to allow bearing temperatures to fall within the following listed Ndm Maximum ranges listed below.
