For several years, a potato chip factory has had problems with grease washout of a potato peeler bearing. Potatoes are peeled and washed thoroughly within this containment system. By implementing H2000 in their peeler machine, a bearing that normally lasted two months now lasts a minimum of nine months.
Although regularly greased due to frequent cleaning, bearings on a food processing conveyor were failing. The high pressure wash contaminated the bearings with water and abrasive materials. By using H2000, which contains a rust inhibitor, bearing life increased from four months to twelve months.
At a stainless steel metal box manufacturer for electrical components, the equipment used to manufacture the metal boxes were difficult to disassemble to grease the bearings regularly. With H2000 lubricant added, the need for regreasing was eliminated and bearing life increased.
A leading worldwide crane manufacturer has been using H2000 lubricated tapered bearings in the boom mechanisms of cranes they construct. By lubricating the bearings with H2000, the company has eliminated the need for frequent greasing.

A concrete manufacturer uses an auger to combine abrasive materials to produce cement block. The bearings in the auger were failing every three months; however, H2000 lubricant increased bearing life to over twelve months. The manufacturer is also using 1" clutch bearings on a pallet transfer machine where slurry from the cement is being absorbed into the grease filled clutch bearings, preventing them from moving. With the solid H2000 lubricant added, the bearings have lasted longer and are still spinning.
At a large toy manufacturer, shutdown of their conveyor to replace bearings is time and money. By implementing H2000 lubricant into their bearings, the need for bearing replacement was reduced dramatically.
An asphalt road machinery equipment manufacturer is making the switch to the high temperature lubricant T2000. In the past, the bearings were expected to only last halfway through the season. However, during testing on the bearings with T2000, they made it through the entire season without the need to be greased and are still on the machines for the new asphalt year.
In a grain milling company. downtime due to bearing replacement and product contamination from purging grease was reduced when H2000 was introduced.
A leading dairy farmer was replacing his tapered bearings every six months on the front wheels of his tractor. A switch to H2000 lubricant in November of 1995 solved the problem. As a result, the farmer has seen bearing life triple.

Printing press machines took advantage of H2000 lubricant. Ink would contaminate the bearings and also wash out the grease. However, this problem was eliminated proving the superb resistance to washout from H2000.
In a wallpaper plant where temperatures in the ovens are high, T2000 lubricant has increased bearing life from 60 days to over 180 days.
Other applications where our products have been successful include pumps, air guns, sludge press machines, copy machines, meat cutters, amusement machines, and more.
